All our instructors are highly qualified Pilates graduates. Our company has a unique and convenient facility, both in the Mattroom as in the machine room. We have opted for quality thus offering classes with a maximum of 4 persons headed by an specialized Pilates trainer, in this way we can have total control over the group to achieve the expected success.
